I have located your film script page on the Internet due to its connection with KAL Flight 007 case. Since I am a student of the case also speaking Russian I have enjoyed reading the script hugely. It is excellently dated and timed to also fit well all the core facts to have been known on the case at least publicly. I am sure the project is worth of release anytime soon. Also I am sure that one small inconsistency might damage the whole thing. Please be advised that “red flashing lights” simply could not make KOREAN AIR sign visible neither the jumbo jet could be white and blue liveried. The original “old swan” KAL livery mainly was white and metallic colours with blue and red stripe in between (drawn at the windows level). Also the leading edge of the vertical fin was painted red while the rest of the fin was white having the swan logo (really beautifully styled) of red colour. Please note that the airline’s name at the time of the incident was KOREAN AIR LINES which was drawn in black letters on the upper part of each side of any airline’s jet fuselage also doubled in Korean. The change of the company’s name into KOREAN AIR and livery into blue and white was caused exactly by the KAL 007 tragedy. Also be careful on the “flashing lights” the jumbo had because type and colour of lights were actually depended on the jumbo version. The KAL Flight 007 on 30 August 1983 was carried out by Boeing 747 230B registered HL-7442 c/n 20559/186 built in 1972. From above it is understood that that aircraft was older version in 1983 so you’d better consult the Boeing Aerospace to know for sure if the navigation lights of the jumbo jet were really red and if the jumbo jet had any flashing lights at all. I hope you will agree that your idea of r’reconstruction of true fact’ is only be released when every detail of the project draft is given the highest level of expertise. Thank you for addressing the issue of KAL 007 which to my mind is absolutely necessary to be solved in full.
